All hatcheries, chick dealers or jobbers offering chicks for sale tothe public shall post in a conspicuous manner in their place of business aposter furnished by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and ConsumerServices describing the grade of chicks approved by the North CarolinaDepartment of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
