§ 106‑711. Licenserevocation or suspension.
The Commissioner, upon a finding that a licensed establishmentproducing biologics is not in compliance with this Article or any rules orregulations promulgated thereunder, may revoke or suspend the license inaccordance with Chapter 150B of the General Statutes.
