§ 113‑28.2A. Cooperation between lawenforcement agencies.
Special peace officers employed by the Department of Environment andNatural Resources are officers of a "law enforcement agency" forpurposes of G.S. 160A‑288, and the Department shall have the sameauthority as a city or county governing body to approve cooperation between lawenforcement agencies under that section.
