The Commission in conjunction with the soil and water conservationdistricts, the North Carolina Agricultural Extension Service, and otherappropriate State and federal agencies shall conduct educational programs inerosion and sedimentation control, such programs to be directed towards Stateand local governmental officials, persons engaged in land‑disturbingactivities, and interested citizen groups.
