§ 114‑4.2C. Employment of attorney for the Real Estate Commission.

The Attorney General is hereby authorized to employ an attorney andassign him full time to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Suchattorney shall be subject to all the provisions of Chapter 126 of the GeneralStatutes relating to the State Personnel System. Such attorney shall alsoperform such additional duties as may be assigned to him by the AttorneyGeneral.

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission shall fully reimburse the NorthCarolina Department of Justice for the compensation of such attorney employedunder the provisions of this section. (1975, c. 835, ss. 1, 2; 1983, c. 81, s. 1.)
