§ 115C‑265.  Rules and regulations fordistribution of library/media personnel funds; employment of personnel.

(a)        The State Board of Education is authorized to promulgaterules and regulations for the distribution of library/media personnel funds, onthe basis of average daily membership (ADM), to each local schooladministrative unit of the State.

(b)        Each local school administrative unit in the State shallemploy library/media personnel in accordance with State library/mediaguidelines approved by the State Board of Education insofar as funds areapproved for that purpose by the North Carolina General Assembly.
