No electric membership corporation shall, as to rates or services, makeor grant any unreasonable preference or advantage to any member or subject anymember to any unreasonable prejudice or disadvantage. No electric membershipcorporation shall establish or maintain any unreasonable difference as to ratesor services either as between localities or as between classes of service. Noelectric membership corporation shall give, pay, or receive any rebate orbonus, directly or indirectly, or mislead or deceive its members in any manneras to rates charged for the services of such electric membership corporation.
