§ 120C‑404. Solicitor'sreports.
(a) Each solicitorshall file quarterly reports under oath with the Secretary of State.
(b) The report shallinclude all of the following:
(1) All reportableexpenditures made for the purpose of lobbying during the reporting period.
(2) Solicitation ofothers when such solicitation involves an aggregate cost of more than threethousand dollars ($3,000). (2006‑201, s. 18.)
