Tryon's Palace andTryon's Palace Commission.

§ 121‑14.  Acceptanceand administration of gifts for restoration of Tryon's Palace; execution ofdeeds, etc.

The Department of CulturalResources is hereby authorized and empowered to accept gifts of real orpersonal property from any source for the restoration of Tryon's Palace at NewBern, North Carolina, and administer the same. All gifts of moneys received bythe Department of Cultural Resources shall be deposited in a special accountwith the Treasurer of North Carolina. The Department of Cultural Resources ishereby given authority to execute such deeds and other instruments as may benecessary. (1945, c. 791, s. 1; 1955, c. 543, s. 8; 1973, c. 476,s. 48.)
