Statutes > North-carolina > Chapter_130A > GS_130A-111§130A‑111. Registration of divorces and annulments.
For each divorce and annulmentof marriage granted by a court of competent jurisdiction in this State, areport shall be prepared and filed by the clerk of court with the StateRegistrar. On or before the fifteenth day of each month, the clerk shallforward to the State Registrar the report of each divorce and annulment grantedduring the preceding calendar month.
