In implementing this Part, theDepartment shall consult with the Cancer Committee of the North CarolinaMedical Society. The Committee shall consist of at least one physician fromeach congressional district. Any proposed rules or reports affecting theoperation of the cancer control program shall be reviewed by the Committee forcomment prior to adoption.
