This Part shall not repeal orlimit the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services' authority to carryout labeling requirements, required butterfat testing, aflatoxin testing,pesticide testing, other testing performed by the Department of Agriculture andConsumer Services any other function of the Department of Agriculture andConsumer Services concerning Grade "A" milk which is not inconsistentwith this Article.
