§ 130A‑310.23.  Filingnotices of CERCLA/SARA (Superfund) liens.

Notices of liens andcertificates of notices affecting liens for obligations payable to the UnitedStates under CERCLA/SARA (Superfund) (42 U.S.C. § 9607(l)) shall be filed inaccordance with Article 11A of Chapter 44 of the General Statutes. (1989(Reg. Sess., 1990), c. 1047, s. 1.1; 1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992), c. 890, s. 11.)
