Employee personnel records ofa district health department shall have the same protections from disclosure ascounty employee personnel records under G.S. 153A‑98. For the purposes ofthis section, the local health director shall perform the duties assigned tothe county manager pursuant to G.S. 153A‑98 and the district board ofhealth shall perform the duties assigned to the county board of commissionerspursuant to G.S. 153A‑98.
