Failure to register a documentwith the registry maintained by the Secretary of State pursuant to this Articleshall not affect the document's validity. Failure to notify the Secretary ofState of the revocation of a document filed with the registry shall not affectthe validity of a revocation that meets the statutory requirements for therevocation to be valid.
