§ 131E‑154.7. Injunction.

(a)        Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any otherremedy, the Department may maintain an action in the name of the State forinjunctive relief or other process against any person to restrain or preventthe establishment, conduct, management, or operation of a nursing pool withouta license or to restrain or prevent substantial noncompliance with this Part orthe rules adopted pursuant to it.

(b)        If any person hinders the proper performance of duty of theDepartment in carrying out the provisions of this Part, the Department mayinstitute an action in the superior court of the county in which the hindranceoccurred for injunctive relief against the continued hindrance. (1989, c. 744, s. 1.)
