Except for G.S. 133‑1and [G.S.] 133‑1.1, the provisions of this Article shall not apply toenergy conservation measures undertaken as part of a guaranteed energy savingscontract entered into pursuant to the provisions of Part 2 of Article 3B ofChapter 143 of the General Statutes.
