§136‑198.  Passenger refusing to pay fare or violating rules may beejected.

If a passenger shall refuse topay the fare, be or become intoxicated, or violate the rules of a passengertrain, it shall be lawful for the conductor of the train to stop the train atany station or at any regular stop, and to put the passenger and thepassenger's baggage out of the train, using no unnecessary force. (1998‑128,s. 16.)
