If any person shall, withintent to defraud or cheat, knowingly represent any animal for breedingpurposes as being of greater degree of any particular strain of blood than suchanimal actually possesses, and by such representation obtain from any otherperson money or other thing of value, he shall be guilty of a Class 2misdemeanor.
