Any person who shall mutilate,destroy or take down any "posted," "no hunting" or similarnotice, sign or poster on the lands, waters, or legally established waterfowlblind of another, or who shall post such sign or poster on the lands, waters orlegally established waterfowl blind of another, without the consent of theowner or his agent, shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and onlypunished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
