(a) The Division shallinclude the registration information in the Police Information Network as setforth in G.S. 114‑10.1.
(b) The Division shallmaintain the registration information permanently even after the registrant'sreporting requirement expires; however, the records shall remain confidentialin accordance with Article 32 of Chapter 7B of the General Statutes. (1997‑516,s. 1; 1998‑202, s. 14.)
