§ 14‑208.32. Application of Part.
This Part does not apply to ajuvenile who is tried and convicted as an adult for committing or attempting tocommit a sexually violent offense or an offense against a minor. A juvenile whois convicted of one of those offenses as an adult is subject to theregistration requirements of Part 2 and Part 3 of this Article. (1997‑516,s. 1.)
