The Board may inspect theservice records of a manufacturer, dealer, supplier or set‑up contractorrelating to a written warranty claim or complaint made to the Board against themanufacturer, dealer, supplier, or set‑up contractor. Every licenseeshall send to the Board upon request within 10 days a copy of every document orrecord pertinent to any complaint or claim for service.
