Nothing in this Article shall be construed to affect the jurisdictionaldivision between the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission and theDepartment of Environment and Natural Resources contained in Subchapter IV ofChapter 113 of the General Statutes, or in any way to alter or abridge thepowers and duties of the two agencies conferred in that Subchapter.
