§ 143‑54.  Certificationthat bids were submitted without collusion.

(a)        The Director ofAdministration shall require bidders to certify that each bid is submittedcompetitively and without collusion. False certification is a Class I felony.

(b)        (Expires June30, 2012) The certification required by subsection (a) of this sectionshall be applicable to all bids and proposals for contracts for goods,equipment, or services awarded by the Department of Administration, Statedepartments, institutions, agencies, universities, and community colleges usingfunds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111‑5). (1961, c. 963;1971, c. 587, s. 1; 1993, c. 539, s. 1310; 1994, Ex.
