§143A‑50.  Attorney General; transfer of powers and duties to Department.

Except as otherwise providedin the Constitution or in this Chapter, all powers, duties and functions vestedby law in the Attorney General are transferred by a Type I transfer to theDepartment of Justice. (1971, c. 864, s. 8.)
