The North Carolina Sheriffs'Education and Training Standards Commission, as created by Chapter 17E of theGeneral Statutes and laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type IItransfer as defined in G.S. 143A‑6(b) to the Department of Justice. (1983,c. 558, s. 4.)
