The North Carolina RuralRehabilitation Corporation, and board of directors, as contained in Chapter 137of the General Statutes and the laws of this State, is transferred by a Type Itransfer to the North Carolina Agricultural Finance Authority in the Departmentof Agriculture and Consumer Services.
