§ 147‑33.72F. Procurement procedures; cost savings.

Pursuant to Part 4 of thisArticle, the Office of Information Technology Services shall establishprocedures for the procurement of information technology. The procedures mayinclude aggregation of hardware purchases, the use of formal bid procedures,restrictions on supplemental staffing, enterprise software licensing, hosting,and multiyear maintenance agreements. The procedures may require agencies tosubmit information technology procurement requests to the Office of InformationTechnology Services on October 1, January 1, and June 1 of each fiscal year inorder to allow for bulk purchasing.
