§ 153A‑128. Regulation of explosive, corrosive, inflammable, or radioactive substances.
A county may by ordinance regulate, restrict, or prohibit the sale,possession, storage, use or conveyance of any explosive, corrosive,inflammable, or radioactive substance or of any weapon or instrumentality ofmass death and destruction. (1973, c. 822, s. 1.)
