§ 153A‑294.  Solidwaste defined.

As used in this Article, "solid waste" means nonhazardoussolid waste, that is, solid waste as defined in G.S. 130A‑290 but notincluding hazardous waste. (1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992), c. 1013, s. 4.)
