§ 156‑138.2. Meaning of "majority of resident landowners" and "owners ofthree fifths of land area."
Wherever in this Subchapter reference is made to a "majority ofresident landowners" or "owners of three fifths of the landarea," such reference shall be deemed to refer only to lands alleged in apetition or adjudged by the court to be benefited by the proposed constructionwork.
