§ 156‑90.  Noticeto railroad.

The clerk of the superior court shall have notice served upon therailroad company of the time and place of the meeting to hear and determine thefinal report of the engineer and viewers, and the railroad company shall have theright to file objections to the report and to appeal from the findings of theboard of commissioners in the same manner as any landowner. But such an appealshall not delay or defeat the construction of the improvement. (1909, c. 442, s. 27; C.S., s. 5347.)
