§ 159D‑26.  Liberalconstruction.

This Article, being necessary for the prosperity and welfare of theState and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed to effect its purposes.(1977, 2nd Sess., c. 1198,s. 1; 2000‑179, s. 2.)
