§ 163‑26. Executive Director of State Board ofElections.
There is hereby created the position of Executive Director of the StateBoard of Elections, who shall perform all duties imposed upon him by statuteand such duties as might be assigned to him by the State Board of Election[Elections]. (1973, c. 1272, s. 4; 2001‑319,s. 11.)
