Every library covered by G.S. 153A‑272 shall make available tothe public the application forms described in G.S. 163‑82.3, and shallkeep a sufficient supply of the forms so that they are always available. Everylibrary covered by G.S. 153A‑272 shall designate at least one employee toassist voter registration applicants in completing the form during all timesthat the library is open.
