Article 4.
Scholarships for Children of War Veterans.
§ 165‑19. Purpose.
In appreciation for the service and sacrifices of North Carolina's warveterans and as evidence of this State's concern for their children, there ishereby continued a revised program of scholarships for said children as setforth in this Article. (1967, c. 1060, s. 8.)
