A person who drives acommercial passenger vehicle or a school bus and who does not have a validcommercial drivers license with a P or S endorsement because the person wasconvicted of a violation that requires registration under Article 27A ofChapter 14 of the General Statutes is guilty of a Class F felony. (2009‑491, s. 4.)
