(a) Renewal. Alicense issued under this Article expires two years after the date the licenseis issued. To renew a license, the license holder must file an application forrenewal with the Division.
(b) Fees. Anapplication for an initial license or the renewal of a license must beaccompanied by the application fee for the license. The application fee for aschool license is eighty dollars ($80.00). The application fee for aninstructor license is sixteen dollars ($16.00). The application fee for alicense is not refundable.
