§ 20‑369.  Out‑of‑statelicenses and permits.

An out‑of‑stateperson, partnership, or corporation engaging in the structural moving businessmay apply to the Department for a license to engage in the housemovingprofession in North Carolina, and obtain permits for moves by complying withthe provisions of this Article and the regulations of the Department in thesame manner as is required of North Carolina residents and by showing that thestate in which the housemover operates his business extends similar privilegesto housemovers licensed in North Carolina.
