§28C‑22. Provisions of Chapter severable.
If any provisions of thisChapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is heldinvalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications ofthis Chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision orapplication, and to this end the provisions of this Chapter are declared to beseverable.
