Whenever any property notincluded in the original inventory report becomes known to the guardian orwhenever the guardian learns that the valuation or description of any propertyor interest therein indicated in the original inventory is erroneous ormisleading, he shall prepare and file with the clerk a supplementary inventoryin the same manner as prescribed for the original inventory. The clerk shallrecord the supplemental inventory with the original inventory. A guardian whofails to file a supplementary inventory as required by this section shall besubject to the enforcement provisions of G.S. 35A‑1262. (1989,c. 473, s. 29.)
