§39‑4.  Conveyances by infant trustees.

When an infant is seized orpossessed of any estate in trust, whether by way of mortgage or otherwise, foranother person who may be entitled in law to have a conveyance of such estate,or may be declared to be seized or possessed, in the course of any proceedingin the superior court, the court may decree that the infant shall convey andassure such estate, in such manner as it may direct, to such other person; andevery conveyance and assurance made in pursuance of such decree shall be aseffectual in law as if made by a person of full age.
