§ 47‑117. Forms do notpreclude use of others; adaptation of forms.
(a) The form prescribedin this Article does not exclude the use of other forms which are sufficient inlaw.
(b) The prescribed formmay be adapted to fit the various situations in which the grantors or granteesare individuals, firms, associations, corporations, or otherwise, orcombinations thereof. (1961, c. 1174.)
