§47‑22.  Counties may provide for photographic or photostaticregistration.

The board of countycommissioners of any county is hereby authorized and empowered to provide forphotographic or photostatic recording of all instruments filed in the office ofthe register of deeds and in other offices of such county where said board maydeem such recording feasible. The board of county commissioners may alsoprovide for filing such copies of said instruments in loose‑leaf binders.(1941, c. 286; 1971, c. 1185, s. 12.)
