§47F‑1‑106.  Applicability of local ordinances, regulations, andbuilding codes.

A zoning, subdivision, orbuilding code or other real estate use law, ordinance, or regulation may notprohibit a planned community or impose any requirement upon a planned communitywhich it would not impose upon a substantially similar development under adifferent form of ownership or administration. Otherwise, no provision of thisChapter invalidates or modifies any provision of any zoning, subdivision, orbuilding code or any other real estate use law, ordinance, or regulation. Nolocal ordinance or regulation may require the recordation of a declarationprior to the date required by this Chapter. (1998‑199, s. 1.)
