§52‑10.2. Resumption of marital relations defined.
"Resumption of maritalrelations" shall be defined as voluntary renewal of the husband and wiferelationship, as shown by the totality of the circumstances. Isolatedincidents of sexual intercourse between the parties shall not constituteresumption of marital relations. (1987, c. 664, s. 1.)
