§53‑232.5. Application of the North Carolina Business Corporation Act.
Notwithstanding the definitionof the term "foreign corporation" in G.S. 55‑1‑40(10),Article 15 of Chapter 55, relating to foreign corporations, where it is notinconsistent with Chapter 53, shall apply to all international bankingcorporations doing business in this State. (1991, c. 679, s. 1.)
