§ 53‑272.  Appeals.

The Banking Commission mayreview any rule, regulation, order, or act of the Commissioner done pursuant toor with respect to the provisions of this Article. Any person aggrieved by anysuch rule, regulation, order, or act may appeal, pursuant to G.S. 53‑92(d),to the Commission for review upon giving notice in writing within 20 days aftersuch rule, regulation, order, or act complained of is adopted, issued, or done.Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any aggrieved party to a decisionof the Banking Commission shall be entitled to petition for judicial reviewpursuant to G.S. 53‑92(d).  (1991, c. 546, s. 1; 1995, c. 115, s. 1; c. 129, s.42; 2009‑57, s. 9.)
