Each State trust company shallreport to the Commissioner within 48 hours, on the forms and with theinformation required by the Commissioner, any changes in the chief executiveofficer or the directors of the State trust company, including in its report astatement of the past and current business and professional affiliations ofeach new chief executive officer or director.
